A total of 10 new resi\u00adden\u00adtial buil\u00addings with a total of 151 resi\u00adden\u00adtial units are to be built&nbsp;there.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>The pre\u00advious deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment in Rei\u00adfer\u00adbahn dates back to the 1950s and was built for the shi\u00adpy\u00adard workers at the time. Howe\u00adver, they now had to be demo\u00adlished. It would not have been fea\u00adsi\u00adble to reno\u00advate these buil\u00addings to today\u2019s standards.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Stral\u00adsun\u00adder Woh\u00adnungs\u00adbau\u00adge\u00adsell\u00adschaft mbH is inves\u00adt\u00ading in the new resi\u00adden\u00adtial deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment on Rei\u00adfer\u00adbahn and has initi\u00adally invi\u00adted ten\u00adders for the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion of 5 hou\u00adses. AUGUST REINERS Bau\u00adun\u00adter\u00adneh\u00admung GmbH in Wol\u00adgast was awarded the con\u00adtract for the shell con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion work on hou\u00adses A + B and C at the end of May 2024.
