AUGUST REINERS Bau\u00adun\u00adter\u00adneh\u00admung GmbH won the ten\u00adder for the \u201cTFA Kni\u00adpro\u00adde\u00adstra\u00dfe 31\u201d pro\u00adject in spring 2021 and was awarded the con\u00adtract for the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion pro\u00adject. This invol\u00adves the refur\u00adbish\u00adment of the Tech\u00adni\u00adcal Tax Office Berlin. <\/p>\n\n

The KJS high-rise, an ele\u00adven-storey buil\u00adding built in 1974 in the typi\u00adcal pre\u00adfa\u00adbri\u00adca\u00adted con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion style of the time, has been vacant for around 20 years. From sum\u00admer 2021, the buil\u00adding will be reno\u00adva\u00adted and a new buil\u00adding will be added. <\/p>\n\n

The new buil\u00adding is an exten\u00adsion plan\u00adned as a rein\u00adforced con\u00adcrete struc\u00adture and will include tech\u00adni\u00adcal and mee\u00adting rooms. The shell con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion work will begin in July 2021. <\/p>\n\n

The struc\u00adture will be 55.85 m long and 17.50 m wide.<\/p>\n\n
