In the spring of 2021, AUGUST REINERS Bau\u00adun\u00adter\u00adneh\u00admung GmbH won the bid for the \u201cTFA Kni\u00adpro\u00adde\u00adstra\u00dfe 31\u201d pro\u00adject and was awarded the con\u00adtract for the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion pro\u00adject. The pro\u00adject invol\u00adves the reno\u00adva\u00adtion of the Ber\u00adlin Tech\u00adni\u00adcal Tax Office. <\/p>\n\n

The KJS high-rise, an 11-story buil\u00adding con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adted in 1974 using the pre\u00adfa\u00adbri\u00adca\u00adted con\u00adcrete panel con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion method typi\u00adcal of that era, has stood vacant for about 20 years. Start\u00ading in the sum\u00admer of 2021, the buil\u00adding will be reno\u00adva\u00adted and expan\u00added with a new structure. <\/p>\n\n

The new buil\u00adding is an exten\u00adsion desi\u00adgned using rein\u00adforced con\u00adcrete and will house tech\u00adni\u00adcal and con\u00adfe\u00adrence rooms. Struc\u00adtu\u00adral work will begin in July 2021. <\/p>\n\n

The struc\u00adture will be 55.85 m long and 17.50 m wide.<\/p>\n\n
