Ber\u00adlin, Sch\u00f6n\u00adhau\u00adser Allee Immo\u00adbi\u00adlien GmbH & Co. KG awarded AUGUST REINERS the con\u00adtract for the new con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion of a high-qua\u00adlity buil\u00adding com\u00adplex (SHA). The expo\u00adsed inner-city pro\u00adperty is loca\u00adted at Sch\u00f6n\u00adhau\u00adser Allee 9 in Ber\u00adlin-Prenz\u00adlauer Berg, not far from Tor\u00adstra\u00dfe. SHA is a new buil\u00adding that clo\u00adses a gap and is arran\u00adged as an elon\u00adga\u00adted struc\u00adture in the middle of the plot. <\/p>\n\n

The buil\u00adding pro\u00adject com\u00adbi\u00adnes a con\u00adtem\u00adpo\u00adrary mix of dif\u00adfe\u00adrent uses with office, com\u00admer\u00adcial, restau\u00adrant and day\u00adcare spaces. The con\u00adcept was deve\u00adlo\u00adped by Pott Archi\u00adtects. The aim is to create a cour\u00adty\u00adard cha\u00adrac\u00adter through seve\u00adral ope\u00adnings as well as a pas\u00adsa\u00adge\u00adway bet\u00adween the indi\u00advi\u00addual neigh\u00adbor\u00ading pro\u00adper\u00adties for the public.
The new buil\u00adding will com\u00adprise 6 full flo\u00adors above ground, a base\u00adment and an attic. The base\u00adment will house a bicy\u00adcle par\u00adking garage with 326 par\u00adking spaces, an assem\u00adbly area and tech\u00adni\u00adcal and ancil\u00adlary rooms. Work began in July 2020. <\/p>\n\n
