Pro\u00adject descrip\u00adtion:<\/strong>
In G\u00f6r\u00adlitz, the Free State of Sax\u00adony is buil\u00adding the new Sen\u00adcken\u00adberg Cam\u00adpus \u2014 a cen\u00adtral buil\u00adding com\u00adplex for the Sen\u00adcken\u00adberg Museum of Natu\u00adral History. The new buil\u00adding will later serve valuable coll\u00adec\u00adtion, rese\u00adarch and tea\u00adching pur\u00adpo\u00adses for the aca\u00adde\u00admic study pro\u00adgrams as a branch of the TU Dres\u00adden. The Sen\u00adcken\u00adberg Muse\u00adum\u2019s admi\u00adnis\u00adtra\u00adtion and work\u00adshops will also be housed at the new loca\u00adtion. A total of 8300 m\u00b2 of usable space is plan\u00adned. The entire com\u00adplex com\u00adpri\u00adses 5 buil\u00adding sec\u00adtions, some of which are divi\u00added into con\u00adnec\u00adting buil\u00addings to the exis\u00adting neigh\u00adbor\u00ading buil\u00addings and buil\u00adding sec\u00adtions in the inner cour\u00adty\u00adard. Exis\u00adting lis\u00adted and his\u00adto\u00adric parts of the buil\u00adding will also be reno\u00adva\u00adted and inte\u00adgra\u00adted into the com\u00adplex. The over\u00adall pro\u00adject is plan\u00adned to cost around EUR 60 mil\u00adlion and is sche\u00addu\u00adled for com\u00adple\u00adtion at the end of 2023.<\/p>\n\n

Pro\u00adject requi\u00adre\u00adments:<\/strong>
The new buil\u00adding was plan\u00adned as a water-imper\u00admeable con\u00adcrete struc\u00adture in accordance with the WU gui\u00adde\u00adline and is clas\u00adsi\u00adfied as a high-qua\u00adlity use. The design water level is above the plan\u00adned floor slab, which is why the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion must be dimen\u00adsio\u00adned against pres\u00adsing water. Due to the extre\u00admely sen\u00adsi\u00adtive use of the inte\u00adrior spaces, the requi\u00adre\u00adment here is for a func\u00adtional design with the hig\u00adhest pos\u00adsi\u00adble level of safety.<\/p>\n\n

Solu\u00adti\u00adons:<\/strong>
In order to reduce the risks as far as pos\u00adsi\u00adble, a con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion con\u00adsis\u00adting of a white tank in com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion with a fresh con\u00adcrete com\u00adpo\u00adsite sys\u00adtem was cho\u00adsen. The choice fell on the inno\u00adva\u00adtive Sika\u00adProof A+ tech\u00adno\u00adlogy, which is cha\u00adrac\u00adte\u00adri\u00adzed by a hybrid com\u00adpo\u00adsite with maxi\u00admum con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion site robust\u00adness. Thanks to the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion with a spe\u00adcial TPO-based com\u00adpo\u00adsite sur\u00adface, the sheets could be ther\u00admally joi\u00adned tog\u00ade\u00adther in the seam area. This seam joi\u00adning vari\u00adant is cha\u00adrac\u00adte\u00adri\u00adzed by maxi\u00admum safety, robust\u00adness and relia\u00adbi\u00adlity, which is why the qua\u00adlity of the over\u00adall mea\u00adsure can be signi\u00adfi\u00adcantly increased. In com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion with the Sika\u00addur-Com\u00adbi\u00adflex TF sys\u00adtem as a mas\u00adking sys\u00adtem for joint seal\u00ading and tran\u00adsi\u00adti\u00adons, a com\u00adplete and fully tes\u00adted over\u00adall sys\u00adtem is pro\u00advi\u00added. Cou\u00adpled with the high-qua\u00adlity exe\u00adcu\u00adtion of the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion pro\u00adject by the gene\u00adral con\u00adtrac\u00adtor Hentzsche Bau, Baut\u00adzen, and the cer\u00adti\u00adfied spe\u00adcia\u00adlist instal\u00adler August Rei\u00adners Bau\u00adwerks\u00ader\u00adhal\u00adtung W\u00fcs\u00adten\u00adbrand, the Sen\u00adcken\u00adberg Cam\u00adpus in G\u00f6r\u00adlitz is thus opti\u00admally protected.<\/p>\n\n
