As part of a PPP pro\u00adject, the school exten\u00adsion of BBS I and BBS III in Alten\u00adha\u00adgen was suc\u00adcessfully com\u00adple\u00adted on time for the dis\u00adtrict of Celle. AUGUST REINERS Bau\u00adun\u00adter\u00adneh\u00admung GmbH, as PPP con\u00adtract part\u00adner, was respon\u00adsi\u00adble for the plan\u00adning, turn\u00adkey con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion, inte\u00adrim con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion finan\u00adcing and main\u00adten\u00adance services. <\/p>\n\n

In addi\u00adtion to the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion of the school buil\u00adding, the con\u00adtract also included the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion of sports faci\u00adli\u00adties and out\u00addoor areas. The roof of the buil\u00adding has a PV sys\u00adtem. The pro\u00adject has DGNB and QNG Sil\u00adver certification. <\/p>\n\n

The new exten\u00adsion to the Alten\u00adha\u00adgen school com\u00adplex was pla\u00adced cen\u00adtrally in the area of appli\u00adca\u00adtion as an inde\u00adpen\u00addent, two-storey buil\u00adding block to com\u00adple\u00adtely frame the schoo\u00adly\u00adard area. An appro\u00adpriate distance from the exis\u00adting buil\u00adding allows direct access to the sports areas in the south-east wit\u00adhout sepa\u00adra\u00adting them from the new cam\u00adpus center. <\/p>\n\n

The roofs of the sur\u00adroun\u00adding buil\u00addings, which are cha\u00adrac\u00adte\u00adristic of the area, were con\u00adtin\u00adued and reinter\u00adpre\u00adted on the exten\u00adsion. The solid gable ends of the newly desi\u00adgned pit\u00adched roofs give the buil\u00adding the neces\u00adsary degree of indi\u00advi\u00addual cha\u00adrac\u00adter wit\u00adhout domi\u00adna\u00adting the exis\u00adting buildings. <\/p>\n\n

The mul\u00adti\u00adfunc\u00adtional hall, which is gene\u00adrously lit via an inner cour\u00adty\u00adard and sky\u00adlights, acts as the cen\u00adter and heart of the buil\u00adding bet\u00adween the two main ent\u00adran\u00adces, with an open stair\u00adcase as the main access to the second floor. The majo\u00adrity of the class\u00adrooms are loca\u00adted there, which are acces\u00adsed via a two-floor sys\u00adtem along the hall, the inner cour\u00adty\u00adard and the side room zones. Along the cor\u00adri\u00addors, widenings with inte\u00adgra\u00adted sea\u00adting niches serve to extend modern tea\u00adching with dif\u00adfe\u00adren\u00adtia\u00adted and spon\u00adta\u00adneous small groups bey\u00adond the classrooms. <\/p>\n\n
