Con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion work on the res\u00adcue tun\u00adnel for the B39 Schem\u00admels\u00adberg tun\u00adnel is pro\u00adgres\u00adsing. The base con\u00adcre\u00adting has been under\u00adway since Octo\u00adber and 21 base blocks and the tem\u00adpo\u00adrary road\u00adway will be com\u00adple\u00adted by the end of the year. <\/p>\n\n

The small cross-sec\u00adtion and limi\u00adted access opti\u00adons, which make con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion site logi\u00adstics con\u00adsider\u00ada\u00adbly more dif\u00adfi\u00adcult, pose a chall\u00adenge. In addi\u00adtion to the con\u00adcre\u00adting work, the sea\u00adlers and iron bin\u00adders are still working on the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion site. In Janu\u00adary, the par\u00adal\u00adlel road tun\u00adnel will be fully clo\u00adsed and the second breakth\u00adrough made. The second phase of the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion pro\u00adject beg\u00adins, in which reno\u00adva\u00adtion, rene\u00adwal of the road\u00adway and tun\u00adnel equip\u00adment in the exis\u00adting tun\u00adnel take place in par\u00adal\u00adlel with the struc\u00adtu\u00adral work in the res\u00adcue tun\u00adnel. The con\u00adsor\u00adtium part\u00adners PORR Ver\u00adkehrs\u00adtech\u00adnik and Leon\u00adhard Weiss have pro\u00adven to be relia\u00adble pro\u00adject part\u00adners so far.<\/p>\n\n

The con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion site is on sche\u00addule thanks to fast and good tun\u00adnell\u00ading work. By the end of 2025, all trades should have com\u00adple\u00adted their work and the tun\u00adnel will be put back into ope\u00adra\u00adtion with moder\u00adni\u00adzed equipment.<\/p>\n\n
