Repla\u00adce\u00adment of man\u00adhole covers in the side\u00adwalk area, rene\u00adwal of the side\u00adwalk, crea\u00adtion of block num\u00adbe\u00adring and par\u00adtial rene\u00adwal of the active gui\u00addance sys\u00adtem of the Lob\u00adde\u00adburg tunnel <\/p>\n\n

The Lob\u00adde\u00adburg Tun\u00adnel is part of the A4 high\u00adway and is loca\u00adted south of Jena bet\u00adween the Jena-G\u00f6sch\u00adwitz junc\u00adtion in the west and Jena-Zen\u00adtrum junc\u00adtion in the east. The 600m long tubes of the Lob\u00adde\u00adburg Tun\u00adnel were com\u00adple\u00adted in 2007 \/ 2008. The Lob\u00adde\u00adburg Tun\u00adnel was built using the cut-and-cover method. The cast iron instal\u00adla\u00adtion parts could no lon\u00adger be ope\u00adned for clea\u00adning and main\u00adten\u00adance work and were repla\u00adced by stain\u00adless steel instal\u00adla\u00adtion parts. As part of the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion work, the rein\u00adforced con\u00adcrete walk\u00adway of the north tube was remo\u00adved and repla\u00adced with unrein\u00adforced con\u00adcrete. The active gui\u00addance sys\u00adtem was rene\u00adwed in both tubes in the area of the reno\u00adva\u00adtion mea\u00adsu\u00adres. Both tubes were given a block num\u00adbe\u00adring as OS\u2011C coa\u00adting. The new man\u00adhole covers were manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adred by ACO Pas\u00adsa\u00advant Detego GmbH. The man\u00adhole covers for the exis\u00adting baffle shafts of the slot\u00adted chan\u00adnel requi\u00adred the design and manu\u00adfac\u00adture of a spe\u00adcial con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion for this pro\u00adject. The work was car\u00adried out wit\u00adhout inter\u00adrupt\u00ading traffic. <\/p>\n\n

The man\u00adhole struc\u00adtures in the side\u00adwalk had to be par\u00adti\u00adally repla\u00adced with pre\u00adcast con\u00adcrete ele\u00adments. The
man\u00adhole covers were then instal\u00adled with the newly con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adted side\u00adwalk made of unrein\u00adforced con\u00adcrete. In the area of the baffle shafts, the old shaft covers were remo\u00adved and the shaft struc\u00adture was remo\u00adved to the new dimen\u00adsi\u00adons. The new man\u00adhole covers were then instal\u00adled with grou\u00adted con\u00adcrete
