With a con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion time of approx. 27 months, the star-shaped buil\u00adding with three com\u00adpon\u00adents of 5, 11 and 19 flo\u00adors with a total height of 82 m was completed. <\/p>\n\n

AUGUST REINERS Bau\u00adun\u00adter\u00adneh\u00admung GmbH Ber\u00adlin car\u00adried out the shell con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion work as a joint ven\u00adture with WOLFF & M\u00dcLLER, Ber\u00adlin, and so the top\u00adping-out speech was also given by a com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion of three fore\u00admen from both com\u00adpa\u00adnies. Other spea\u00adk\u00aders included Mr. L\u00f6cker from our cli\u00adent CA Immo Deutsch\u00adland, Mr. Hacke as a mem\u00adber of the DKB board as the future ten\u00adant of the buil\u00adding and Prof. Klei\u00adhues as a repre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adtive of the renow\u00adned Ber\u00adlin archi\u00adtec\u00adtu\u00adral firm Klei\u00adhues + Klei\u00adhues, which was respon\u00adsi\u00adble for both the design and exe\u00adcu\u00adtion planning. <\/p>\n\n

Accor\u00adding to the cur\u00adrent sche\u00addule, the fur\u00adther expan\u00adsion is to take place by the begin\u00adning of 2026, so that the buil\u00adding can then form the \u201cnor\u00adt\u00adhern tower\u201d at the cor\u00adner of Hei\u00adde\u00adstra\u00dfe and Per\u00adle\u00adber\u00adger Stra\u00dfe at the ent\u00adrance to Europacity.<\/p>\n\n
