Immo\u00adbi\u00adlien Bre\u00admen is respon\u00adsi\u00adble for pro\u00adject management.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>The new buil\u00adding is being con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adted on the 16,000 square meter site of the for\u00admer spe\u00adcial school on Bar\u00addo\u00adwick\u00adstra\u00dfe in Bre\u00admen\u2019s Vahr dis\u00adtrict. A gross floor area of around 7,800 square meters is plan\u00adned, which will be spe\u00adci\u00adally tail\u00ado\u00adred to the spe\u00adcial needs of blind and visually impai\u00adred pupils. 33.5 mil\u00adlion euros have been ear\u00admarked for the pro\u00adject, with com\u00adple\u00adtion sche\u00addu\u00adled for the 2028\/29 school year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Cli\u00admate pro\u00adtec\u00adtion also plays an important role: the buil\u00adding will be equip\u00adped with a green roof and a pho\u00adto\u00advol\u00adtaic system.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" pupils.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong con\u00adtrasts and cus\u00adtom-fit fur\u00adni\u00adture pro\u00admote a safe and plea\u00adsant lear\u00adning environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the tea\u00adching staff, mee\u00adting rooms, retre\u00adats for con\u00adcen\u00adtra\u00adted work and mee\u00adting rooms for dis\u00adcus\u00adsions with par\u00adents are being created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New dia\u00adgno\u00adstic and con\u00adsul\u00adta\u00adtion rooms of dif\u00adfe\u00adrent sizes and atmo\u00adsphe\u00adres are being crea\u00adted in the ReBUZ
