Ber\u00adlin\u2019s Zoo\u00adlo\u00adgi\u00adscher Gar\u00adten sta\u00adtion in the Char\u00adlot\u00adten\u00adburg dis\u00adtrict on Har\u00adden\u00adberg\u00adplatz, in the imme\u00addiate vici\u00adnity of Ber\u00adlin Zoo, has been under\u00adgo\u00ading exten\u00adsive refur\u00adbish\u00adment in seve\u00adral con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion pha\u00adses since the end of 2015.<\/p>\n\n

The Buil\u00adding Con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion | Ber\u00adlin divi\u00adsion has been awarded the con\u00adtract for the 2nd and 3rd con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion pha\u00adses of the res\u00adtruc\u00adtu\u00adring mea\u00adsu\u00adres. The cli\u00adent is DB Infra GO AG. The work for this began in sum\u00admer 2025 and is expec\u00adted to last until 2027. <\/p>\n\n

In the 2nd and 2nd con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion phase, new ren\u00adtal units and func\u00adtional rooms will be crea\u00adted in the Zoo\u00adlo\u00adgi\u00adscher Gar\u00adten sta\u00adtion, in the area of the S\u2011Bahn con\u00adcourse, the con\u00adnec\u00adting cor\u00adri\u00addor and the Fede\u00adral Police, and the pre\u00admi\u00adses of the Fede\u00adral Police will be moder\u00adni\u00adzed. For this pur\u00adpose, the exis\u00adting areas will be dis\u00admant\u00adled down to the struc\u00adtu\u00adrally load-bea\u00adring parts in the base\u00adment, first floor and partly on the mez\u00adza\u00adnine floor. The shell of the indi\u00advi\u00addual areas will be con\u00adver\u00adted. During the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion work, the rest of Zoo\u00adlo\u00adgi\u00adscher Gar\u00adten sta\u00adtion will be fully operational. <\/p>\n\n
