New depots are nee\u00added to con\u00advert the bus fleet to elec\u00adtric ope\u00adra\u00adtion. In the south-east of Ber\u00adlin, two indi\u00advi\u00addual sites are being rea\u00adli\u00adzed on K\u00f6pe\u00adni\u00adcker Land\u00adstra\u00dfe and Rum\u00admels\u00adbur\u00adger Landstra\u00dfe. <\/p>\n\n

As a joint ven\u00adture (ARGE) with Bleck & S\u00f6hne Hoch- und Tief\u00adbau GmbH, we have been awarded the con\u00adtract for lot 5 of the BVG. AUGUST REINERS Bau\u00adun\u00adter\u00adneh\u00admung GmbH pro\u00advi\u00addes the tech\u00adni\u00adcal manage\u00adment and Bleck & S\u00f6hne Hoch- und Tief\u00adbau GmbH the com\u00admer\u00adcial management. <\/p>\n\n

Lot 5 invol\u00adves the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion of the \u201cTrep\u00adtow depot\u201d (pre\u00adviously: S\u00fcd-Ost depot) in Ber\u00adlin-K\u00f6pe\u00adnick for BVG. This invol\u00adves the turn\u00adkey con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion of an elec\u00adtric bus depot at K\u00f6pe\u00adni\u00adcker Land\u00adstra\u00dfe 297 directly on the River Spree. The site for the new depot in K\u00f6pe\u00adni\u00adcker Land\u00adstra\u00dfe (KLS) is around 44,000 m\u00b2 in size. <\/p>\n\n

Our scope of ser\u00advices includes the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion of a new admi\u00adnis\u00adtra\u00adtion buil\u00adding, a par\u00adking garage, a work\u00adshop com\u00adplex with a secu\u00adrity and ser\u00advice hall and ancil\u00adlary work\u00adshops, a waste coll\u00adec\u00adtion point and a fire water pum\u00adping sta\u00adtion. In addi\u00adtion, we are imple\u00admen\u00adting the tech\u00adni\u00adcal equip\u00adment for other tech\u00adni\u00adcal buildings. <\/p>\n\n

For the admi\u00adnis\u00adtra\u00adtion buil\u00adding at the KLS site, a cer\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion pro\u00adcess in accordance with the BVG\u2019s Sus\u00adtainable Buil\u00adding Assess\u00adment Sys\u00adtem (BNB) is plan\u00adned. The aim is to achieve the sil\u00adver stan\u00addard. Accor\u00adding to BVG, around 200 e\u2011buses will be loa\u00added and ser\u00adviced at K\u00f6pe\u00adni\u00adcker Land\u00adstra\u00dfe from 2027 and around 600 employees will be working on the site. <\/p>\n\n
