The Uni\u00adver\u00adsity and Han\u00adsea\u00adtic City of Greifs\u00adwald is buil\u00adding a new cen\u00adtral buil\u00adding yard on the \u201cAm Helms\u00adh\u00e4\u00adger Berg\u201d indus\u00adtrial and com\u00admer\u00adcial estate in Greifs\u00adwald. The 20,000 m\u00b2 site will house admi\u00adnis\u00adtra\u00adtion and office buil\u00addings, work\u00adshops and washing halls for com\u00adpany vehic\u00adles, a grit\u00adting hall with a brine faci\u00adlity as well as gara\u00adges, caports and sto\u00adrage areas. <\/p>\n\n

When plan\u00adning the new buil\u00adding, par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar empha\u00adsis was pla\u00adced on sus\u00adtaina\u00adbi\u00adlity, such as a pho\u00adto\u00advol\u00adtaic sys\u00adtem, a com\u00adbi\u00adned heat sup\u00adply and green roofs. The new buil\u00adding replaces the pre\u00advious out\u00adda\u00adted buil\u00adding yard loca\u00adti\u00adons and crea\u00adtes modern working con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons for around 100 employees. In Octo\u00adber 2025, AUGUST REINERS Bau\u00adun\u00adter\u00adneh\u00admung was awarded the con\u00adtract for the exten\u00added shell con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion work by the Uni\u00adver\u00adsity and Han\u00adsea\u00adtic City of Greifswald. <\/p>\n\n
