We are respon\u00adsi\u00adble for the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion of the expan\u00added struc\u00adtu\u00adral shell for a new bus depot buil\u00adding fea\u00adturing two under\u00adground flo\u00adors and seven above-ground flo\u00adors, with a total floor area of appro\u00adxi\u00adm\u00adately 13,255 m\u00b2. The buil\u00adding will house char\u00adging infra\u00adstruc\u00adture for the bus depot as well as modern office space. <\/p>\n\n

Our scope of work includes the exten\u00added struc\u00adtu\u00adral shell with a water\u00adpro\u00adofing concept\u2014including a fresh con\u00adcrete com\u00adpo\u00adsite membrane\u2014as well as light\u00adning pro\u00adtec\u00adtion, scaf\u00adfol\u00adding, and water\u00adpro\u00adofing work; con\u00adcrete core tem\u00adpe\u00adra\u00adture con\u00adtrol; ramp hea\u00adting; and exten\u00adsive steel con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion work. Con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion will be car\u00adried out using cast-in-place con\u00adcrete while bus ser\u00advice con\u00adti\u00adnues and will be imple\u00admen\u00adted in two phases. <\/p>\n\n

Spe\u00adci\u00adfic requi\u00adre\u00adments of the pro\u00adject include the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion of a two-story under\u00adground par\u00adking garage made of water\u00adproof con\u00adcrete using a sin\u00adgle-sided form\u00adwork sys\u00adtem, as well as the con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adtion of high-qua\u00adlity expo\u00adsed con\u00adcrete ele\u00adments of Class SB3 in the pres\u00adti\u00adgious, two-story foyer and ent\u00adrance area and in the asso\u00adcia\u00adted stairwell.<\/p>\n\n

Ano\u00adther tech\u00adni\u00adcal high\u00adlight is the bus pas\u00adsa\u00adge\u00adway through the buil\u00adding. The roof struc\u00adture on the 6th floor will be con\u00ads\u00adtruc\u00adted using steel trus\u00adses. To ensure energy-effi\u00adci\u00adent buil\u00adding ope\u00adra\u00adtion, the flo\u00adors will be equip\u00adped with a con\u00adcrete core tem\u00adpe\u00adra\u00adture con\u00adtrol system. <\/p>\n\n
