TAKEOVER & FURTHER TRAINING
After successfully completing your apprenticeship, you will have the chance to be taken on and have further training opportunities.
INTERNSHIP POSSIBLE IN ADVANCE
Take advantage of an internship before starting your apprenticeship to gain insights and prepare yourself optimally.
TRAINING ALLOWANCE ACCORDING TO TARIFF
Receive a training allowance in accordance with the collective wage agreement, which guarantees you a stable income starting at EUR 1,080 in the first year of your apprenticeship.
REGULAR TRAINEE MEETINGS
Apprentices from all locations come together to network, exchange experiences and grow together.
ASSUMPTION OF DRIVING LICENSE COSTS
If you pass the skilled worker examination in the commercial sector and complete the 3rd year of training, we will cover the costs of your driver’s license.

We provide targeted support for your professional and personal development through the use of support and development tools, workshops to accompany your training and assignments in various specialist areas. Learning and working in the training area as well as in the specialist area are the main focus during your apprenticeship.
Our partner in imparting theoretical knowledge is the vocational school. We always follow the principle that theory and practice always go hand in hand during your training period and that you can apply what you have learned directly. This is based on the contents of the IHK.

The chance to receive a scholarship is based on previous outstanding achievements and a convincing application to Bremen University of Applied Sciences.
