FOUNDATIONS

Many things have chan­ged in the course of our eventful history: new com­pa­nies were foun­ded, exis­ting com­pa­nies with their own history were added and some com­pa­nies dis­ap­peared from the Group. But one thing has always remained the same: the pur­suit of con­stant deve­lo­p­ment and the crea­tion of las­ting value. In order to be able to con­tri­bute these values to the com­mon good, the two sole share­hol­ders of the HEGEMANN-REINERS GROUP are the two cha­ri­ta­ble foun­da­ti­ons of Det­lef and Ursula Hegemann.

Det­lef Hege­mann Foundation

since 1994

Det­lef Hege­mann estab­lished the non-pro­fit Det­lef Hege­mann Foun­da­tion in 1994 with the aim of pro­mo­ting the trai­ning of civil and naval archi­tects as well as the pro­mo­tion of cul­tu­ral and sport­ing objec­ti­ves, in par­ti­cu­lar those of dance sports.

STIPENDIUM

Every year, the Det­lef Hege­mann Foun­da­tion also sup­ports par­ti­cu­larly com­mit­ted young peo­ple through the Deutsch­land­sti­pen­dium scho­lar­ship from the Fede­ral Minis­try of Edu­ca­tion and Rese­arch, ther­eby sup­port­ing them on their path to a pro­fes­sio­nal future. The chance to receive a scho­lar­ship is based on pre­vious out­stan­ding achie­ve­ments and a con­vin­cing appli­ca­tion to Bre­men Uni­ver­sity of Applied Sciences.

Ursula Hege­mann Foundation

since 2004

Ursula Hege­mann, Det­lef Hege­man­n’s wife, did the same 10 years later and foun­ded the non-pro­fit Ursula Hege­mann Foun­da­tion in 2004, which pro­mo­tes edu­ca­tion and trai­ning, sport (espe­ci­ally dance sport), ani­mal wel­fare and ani­mal breeding.
