Gene­ral decla­ra­tion / legal basis & test procedure

The HEGEMANN-REINERS GROUP web­site is based on the requi­re­ments of the Ger­man Acces­si­bi­lity Impro­ve­ment Act (BFSG) and the Euro­pean stan­dard EN 301549. The aim is to ensure the acces­si­bi­lity of our digi­tal offe­rings and to enable peo­ple with disa­bi­li­ties to use our web­site wit­hout restriction. 

Our web­site is regu­larly che­cked for tech­ni­cal acces­si­bi­lity and user-friendliness.

This decla­ra­tion on acces­si­bi­lity is made in accordance with the Bre­men Disa­bi­lity Equa­lity Act(Bre­mi­sches Behin­der­ten­gleich­stel­lungs­ge­setz (BremBGG) of Decem­ber 18, 2018 — Trans­pa­renz­por­tal Bre­men).

Cur­rent sta­tus of accessibility

Our web­site is curr­ently lar­gely com­pli­ant with legal requi­re­ments. Num­e­rous bar­riers have alre­ady been iden­ti­fied and remo­ved. We are working con­ti­nuously to achieve full imple­men­ta­tion of the acces­si­bi­lity requirements. 

The fol­lo­wing con­tent has been spe­ci­fi­cally revi­sed and made accessible:

  • The page struc­ture has cor­rectly inser­ted headings.
  • Text rich in con­trast to the background
  • Com­pa­ti­bi­lity with screen readers

Known rest­ric­tions / work in progress

The fol­lo­wing areas are curr­ently not yet fully accessible:

  • Indi­vi­dual gra­phics wit­hout alter­na­tive texts (ALT)
  • In rare cases insuf­fi­ci­ent color contrasts 
  • Cer­tain areas of the web­site curr­ently have limi­ted usa­bi­lity with key­board and screen reader.

These points have alre­ady been iden­ti­fied and are being con­ti­nuously impro­ved one after the other.
