Commercial space is being created in the Potsdam Science Park in close consultation with future users. The areas can comprise between 350 and 6,000 m² of usable space and can be flexibly designed.

A variety of spacious maisonette apartments with private gardens or comfortable roof terraces and balconies are being built in Bremen's Überseestadt district.
