We imple­ment con­s­truc­tion pro­jects in all areas of buil­ding con­s­truc­tion. With 160 employees and an annual con­s­truc­tion out­put of EUR 70 mil­lion, we are active throug­hout Ger­many in the areas of shell con­s­truc­tion, turn­key con­s­truc­tion and buil­ding refur­bish­ment for muni­ci­pal and regio­nal cli­ents as well as for indus­try. We pro­vide our cus­to­mers with relia­ble nati­on­wide sup­port from four loca­ti­ons. Until recently, we worked for you in Ber­lin under the SCHÄLERBAU brand — at this loca­tion, we now ope­rate under the name AUGUST REINERS, thus demons­t­ra­ting to the out­side world that we have been working tog­e­ther as one com­pany for a long time. We imple­ment orders from con­cep­tion to com­ple­tion, but are also in demand as an expe­ri­en­ced part­ner for major pro­jects in con­junc­tion with other large con­s­truc­tion com­pa­nies. We offer our cus­to­mers and busi­ness part­ners inno­va­tive solu­ti­ons, the hig­hest qua­lity and, on request, com­pre­hen­sive ser­vice from a sin­gle source.

As experts for large buil­ding and civil engi­nee­ring struc­tures in exten­ded shell con­s­truc­tion, we have a high level of exper­tise in con­crete and rein­forced con­crete work. We carry out large-scale PPP pro­jects such as school buil­dings, sports faci­li­ties, day­care cen­ters, hos­pi­tals and other public buil­dings and have many years of expe­ri­ence as a gene­ral con­trac­tor. But we are also experts as pro­perty deve­lo­pers for resi­den­tial and office buil­dings and imple­ment holi­stic solu­ti­ons from a sin­gle source, from pro­ject deve­lo­p­ment to buil­ding manage­ment. With a broad range of exper­tise deve­lo­ped over gene­ra­ti­ons, we create needs-based and inno­va­tive solu­ti­ons with high qua­lity stan­dards for our clients.

ONGOING PROJECTS

BUILDING YARD GREIFSWALD 

The Uni­ver­sity and Han­sea­tic City of Greifs­wald is buil­ding a new cen­tral buil­ding yard in the “Am Helms­hä­ger Berg” indus­trial and com­mer­cial area in Greifs­wald. On the 20,000 m² site, admi­nis­tra­tion and office buil­dings, work­shops and washing halls for the com­pany vehic­les, a grit­ting hall with brine sys­tem as well as gara­ges, caports and sto­rage areas are being built.

ARGE DEPOT BVG SOUTH-EAST 

Ber­li­ner Ver­kehrs­be­triebe (BVG) is actively sha­ping the tran­si­tion to sus­tainable mobi­lity. New depots are nee­ded to con­vert the bus fleet to elec­tric ope­ra­tion. In the south-east of Ber­lin, two indi­vi­dual sites are being rea­li­zed on Köpe­ni­cker Land­straße and Rum­mels­bur­ger Landstraße.

RBZ | STATION ZOOLOGISCHER GARTEN BERLIN 

Zoo­lo­gi­scher Gar­ten sta­tion in Ber­­lin-Char­­lo­t­­ten­­burg has been under­go­ing gra­dual refur­bish­ment since 2015. AUGUST REINERS Bau­un­ter­neh­mung GmbH is taking over the 2nd and 3rd con­s­truc­tion phase on behalf of DB Infra GO AG.

DESY HAMBURG 

The Ger­man Elec­tron Syn­chro­tron (DESY) is buil­ding a new Inte­gra­ted Tech­no­logy and Start-up Cen­ter (ITGZ I) in Hamburg-Bahrenfeld.

DESY is a rese­arch cen­ter of the Helm­holz Society and part of the “Sci­ence City Ham­burg Bah­ren­feld” deve­lo­p­ment area.
