The Free Hanseatic City of Bremen plans to construct a new building for the Georg-Droste-Schule (GDS)—featuring a single-court gymnasium—on the site of the former school on Bardowickstraße in Bremen’s Vahr district, in conjunction with a new building for the Regional Counseling and Support Center East (ReBUZ Ost).
A new complex of buildings is being constructed on Große Johannisstraße as a key component of the Neustadtswall campus of the University of Applied Sciences Bremen, with a significant impact on the urban landscape.
The University and Hanseatic City of Greifswald is building a new central building yard on the "Am Helmshäger Berg" industrial and commercial estate in Greifswald. The 20,000 m² site will house administration and office buildings, workshops and washing halls for company vehicles, a gritting hall with a brine facility as well as garages, caports and storage areas.
