A new complex of buildings is being constructed on Große Johannisstraße as a key component of the Neustadtswall campus of the University of Applied Sciences Bremen, with a significant impact on the urban landscape.

The University and Hanseatic City of Greifswald is building a new central building yard in the "Am Helmshäger Berg" industrial and commercial area in Greifswald. On the 20,000 m² site, administration and office buildings, workshops and washing halls for the company vehicles, a gritting hall with brine system as well as garages, caports and storage areas are being built.

Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) is actively shaping the transition to sustainable mobility. New depots are needed to convert the bus fleet to electric operation. In the south-east of Berlin, two individual sites are being realized on Köpenicker Landstraße and Rummelsburger Landstraße.
